Free ACS Delivery within Cyprus
All orders are placed before 2pm on a working day are shipped the same day.
All other orders are shipped the next working day.
Delivery Locations & Time Estimations
We delivery to addresses and ACS Pickup Points within the Republic of Cyprus.
We do not ship Internationally or to the occupied areas in the north of Cyprus.

ACS Courier Delivery to your address
In town addresses: Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery with towns, depending on your location. - Out of town addresses: These can take much longer depending on ACS grouping delivery to your area. We recommend, if the order is urgent, to select instead Collect from your nearest ACS Pickup point during checkout
- Remote Areas (as classified by ACS Courier): These orders will be sent to the nearest ACS office for collection. Please allow 1-2 working days from time of shipping

Additional Terms
1. We will arrange for the products you purchase to be delivered to the delivery address in the Republic of Cyprus that you specify during the checkout process. Please note that we do not accept orders for delivery to addresses outside the Republic of Cyprus.
2. Delivery times referred to above are approximate only. We will take reasonable steps to deliver within the relevant time period however we do not guarantee delivery within these periods.
3. We do guarantee that unless there are exceptional circumstances (including stock availability issues) all deliveries of products will be delivered within 30 days following the date on which we confirm our acceptance of your order.
4. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
5. If no one is available at your address to sign and take delivery, a note will be left or a message sent to you informing you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the products from a local ACS Collection Point.
6. If after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery or collect them from a delivery depot we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection we may end the contract and we will refund the price paid by you for the undelivered products using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
